Staff:
The Spit Roast Company supplies professional staff to prepare, cook, and serve your buffet and will arrive 4 ½ hours prior to service time from start to finish.
If 30 guests or more, an extra staff fee of $175.00 applies, for chef and $130 for Chefs assistant.
Wait Staff are $130 for the evening, whilst the caterers are in attendance.
Bar Staff: Are available for hire for $35 per staff per hour and are supplied by Fluid Bar services. They will solely run your bar area with efficiency and skill. Please advise us if you are serving anything other than beer, wine and Spirits. (eg. Cocktails) as a specialist cocktail mixing bar attentant would have to be be sought. Bar staff will attend for total of (6) hours. or more if you need them this includes time for the pre-set up of the bar prior to function starting. Entertainment:
Hawaiian & Polynesian Dance Troupe “The Drumbeats of Hawaii” Entertainment can Be booked through us, ask for details. Excellent entertainment. High energy, Tahitian drum dance show includes beautiful Polynesian women in grass skirts & coconut bras. Bare chested Polynesian men performing the flaming knife dance of Samoa.! With the romantic hulas of Hawaii gives you an authentic Polynesian experience. A beautiful photographic opportunity.
Breakdown of Cost: This Menu is for a minimum of 80 guests
If between 79 – 30 guests a $ 175.00 fee applies for Chef
& $130.00 for each extra staff needed according to numbers of guests.
For less than 50 guests a minimum charge of $ 1,925.00 is applied to the cost of the function plus staff.
Children 11 – 5 are $ 20.00 each under 5 are 12.00 each
$800.00 Deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance to be paid 1 week prior to the night.
If dessert is not required please deduct by 0.80 per guest from price
